THE BUREAU

An engineering bureau since 2015

Designers and race mechanics in one workshop. We draw the car, build it and run it at the track — with no contractor between the drawing and the grid.

How it happened

  1. 2015

    November

The decision to build our own car

Gleb Mishugin, Viktor Zavadsky and the Lotus Club set out to build a lightweight sports car in the spirit of Colin Chapman’s Lotus Seven.

  2. 2016

    March

    Two prototypes in four months

From November to March the team built two pre-production cars from scratch — from the frame to the pedal box.

  3. April to December

Testing, RAF certification and a bureau of our own

Nine months on track and in committees. In November 2016 the team became an engineering bureau.

  4. 2017

    KM-1701 homologation and series production

The 527 receives RAF homologation for series production and lines up as the CN1600 class.

  5. 2021

    December

    Project EVA begins

    The bureau’s first all-electric car: a carbon-fibre monocoque under a barchetta body.

  6. 2023

    August

    Project Seven begins

Eight years of running the 527 feed into a car of a different class — the CN3500.

  7. 2024

    March

    The electric 527

A 300 hp, 500 Nm prototype with a 20 kWh traction battery: 200 km on the road or 15 minutes on track. It stays a one-off.

  8. 2025

    May

    The 527 leaves the bureau

By agreement of the parties, production and patent No. 2672231 were sold. The shop is freed up for the bureau’s own prototype.

  9. 2026

    April

    Project Seven enters production

Homologations RAF 54SC_26 and KM-2601. Production is capped at twelve cars a year.
